Curtis Sardi joins Basketball NSW

Basketball NSW would like to formally announce that Curtis Sardi has been appointed Head High-Performance Coach- Country.

Curtis has previously been a network coach in the Basketball NSW development pathways for 5 years. He has also been a State Team Head Coach 3 times and an Assistant Coach twice before that.

 Nathan Kirwan, Basketball NSW High-Performance Manager is delighted to have Curtis start with us in this role.

“ It is extremely exciting to be able to have a High-Performance Head Coach role specifically for Country Basketball. To have someone like Curtis who is one of the more impressive up and coming junior coaches going around is extremely hard working and dedicated to developing junior athletes is a bonus. I’m looking forward to him getting started!” 

Curtis is also eager to start working with NSW Country Athletes & Coaches

“ It is a great honour to be given the opportunity of the High-Performance Head Coach role for NSW Country.  I am extremely excited to get stuck in and help develop NSW athletes & coaches”

Curtis will be starting in mid-January 2018, with his first official duties being at the ACJBC from the 14th of January, please help us in welcoming and congratulating Curtis.
