The NBA has invited three of the Savannah Pride rising stars to attend the NBA Basketball Without Boarders Camp in South Africa.

On the heels of standout performances at the recent NBA Academy & Basketball Australia Prospects Camp in Canberra, the three juniors – twins Paul and Sila Tako and Melek Malual have been sponsored by the NBA Global Camp director to travel to South Africa.

The twins Paul and Sila are part of the Savannah Pride Junior Elite program and play in the U/18s representative team – Blacktown Storm and for the Blacktown West Basketball Association in the BNSW representative league.

Malek Malual has only started playing basketball only three short years ago when he was 13. Nicknamed ‘High Flyer’ Malek’s athletic ability and ability to quickly learn the game make him one to keep an eye on.

We wish Paul, Sila and Melek all the best on their journey to South Africa.
