15 NSW ATHLETES SELECTED FOR NATIONAL PERFORMANCE CAMP

Congratulations to our 15 NSW junior athletes that have been selected for the 2022 National Performance Camp, held at Basketball Australia’s Centre of Excellence in January. 

The original camp was postponed in 2021 due to Covid, and will now feature 80 athletes from across Australia to attend the four-day National Performance Camp, where they will take part in a series of on-court sessions, scrimmages and education sessions and engaging with some of the leading coaches in the country.

The athletes born in 2004 and 2005 have been identified at the recent Australian Under 18 Championships in Wyndham, along with performances in their high performance programs.

The National Performance Camp, formerly known as the Australian Development Camp, has been a feature of the Australian basketball pathway for some 30 years and has had numerous NBA and WNBA athletes attend, including Lauren Jackson, Rebecca Allen, Elizabeth Cambage, Patty Mills, Aron Baynes and Joe Ingles.
