Welcome!

Basketball NSW is pleased to welcome you to the 2016 Community Growth Forum. This forum has been created so that you can hear from our panel members, exchange ideas, converse and meet with others who share a common interest in basketball in NSW.

The Community Growth Forum is open to any member of the basketball community to attend. Those who hold positions of importance within either the Association or Club will benefit from attending.

Panel Discussions
1. U12’s basketball – Michael Haynes proposes a new approach to the development of U12’s basketball at the representative level.

2. Increasing girls participation as players, coaches, and referees.

3. Developing a positive culture at your Association.

The Community Growth Forum is about Learning, Sharing and Growing together. For our sport to move forward it requires the entire community to come together. Collectively we can all contribute to growing the sport of basketball in NSW.

Basketball is a world game. It’s a beautiful game and it’s Everyone’s Game!

Whilst the forum is free, we are asking that people register before arriving, as light refreshments will be served on the day. To register please email geoff.tripp@bnsw.com.au by Thursday 6th of October.

The Community Growth Forum will be held between 1pm – 4pm on Saturday the 8th of October, 2016 at the Figtree Conference Centre, Sydney Olympic Park.
