Basketball NSW is excited to share that the 2024 John Martin Country Tournament Draw can now be viewed online.

The John Martin Country Tournament will feature over 576 games, 220 teams across seven venues across regional NSW.

The Country Tournament was renamed in 2016 after NSW Basketball Hall of Fame member John Martin who has made a significant contribution to basketball as a referee, referee coach and as an administrator. His contributions to the sport have seen him previously honoured with Life Membership to Shoalhaven Basketball, NSW Basketball and Basketball Australia. His expertise in officiating has seen him appointed to the role of Technical Commissioner for the 1997 World Championships for Under 22 Men, 1998 World Basketball Championships for Women and the 1998 World Wheelchair Championships.

Each age group and division also celebrates the contributions of various influential members of our country basketball community with the full list HERE.

BNSW would like to wish all athletes, coaches, managers, officials and volunteers all the very best of luck in the upcoming three day tournament and thank all those who contribute to this event to make it the success it is. The online program will be released in the lead up to the event.
