Basketball NSW congratulates and thanks all the schools that competed in the 2025 Under 16’s Division of the BNSW Schools Tournament. This year’s competition once again showcased outstanding skill, teamwork, and sportsmanship from student-athletes across New South Wales.
With the regional rounds now complete, the top teams have booked their spot at the highly anticipated 2025 U16s State Championships. Set for 17th & 18th of September at the Penrith Valley Regional Sports Centre, the Championships promise two action-packed days of elite basketball.
A huge congratulations to the winning schools, every athlete, and the dedicated staff and officials who made this year’s tournament such a success.

About the Schools Tournament:
The BNSW School Tournaments consist of regional tournaments for both Primary and Secondary Schools. These tournaments culminate in the top teams from each region competing at the State Championships where the best team from NSW will be crowned. These tournaments are open to all New South Wales schools.
