FIVE NSW ATHLETES SELECTED FOR AUSTRALIAN U18 EMUS ASIA CUP CAMP

Basketball Australia has announced a 21-athlete squad for this week’s Australian U18 Emus preparation camp, with five New South Wales athletes earning selection ahead of the 2026 FIBA U18 Asia Cup.

The camp is being held at Basketball Australia’s Centre of Excellence from 28–31 July, with the squad competing for selection in the final 12-player team that will represent Australia at the FIBA U18 Asia Cup in India from 13–23 August.

Basketball NSW congratulates New South Wales representatives Antonio Browne (Bankstown Bruins | Centre of Excellence), Bol Diing (Norths Bears), Curtis Evic (Bankstown Bruins | Centre of Excellence), Bailey Hanson (Norths Bears), and Jamaal Osikoya (Blacktown Storm) on their selection in the Australian U18 Emus squad.

Their selection is a testament to their dedication and hard work, while also highlighting the strength of the Basketball NSW Performance Pathway.

Throughout the four-day camp, athletes will train in a high-performance environment as Basketball Australia finalises the squad that will travel to India for the FIBA U18 Asia Cup.
