Basketball NSW acknowledges and congratulates the Technical Officials selected to represent New South Wales at the upcoming Under 18 and Junior Wheelchair Foot Locker National Championships, to be held in Queensland this April.
These national events showcase the country’s leading junior athletes, supported by experienced referees, referee coaches, scoretable officials and statisticians who play a vital role in delivering high-quality competition. Each of the selected officials has demonstrated strong performance and consistency at the state level, earning the opportunity to officiate on the national stage.

Basketball NSW Head of Technical Officials, Steve Clark, recognised the group’s achievement and the commitment required to reach this level.
“Appointment to a national championship reflects the work each official has put into their development and performance,” said Clark.
“It highlights their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to continually improve. NSW has a strong history of developing quality officials, and this group is well placed to continue that standard. We look forward to seeing them represent the state.”

The 2026 Foot Locker Under 18 & Junior Wheelchair National Championships will be held from Sunday 11th – Sunday 19th April and will be held at South Pine Sports Complex, 620 S Pine Rd, Brendale QLD 4500.
