Basketball NSW is pleased to announce that Momentum Physiotherapy and Health Services has partnered to provide services to its High Performance Programs and all Basketball NSW registered members.

Momentum has clinics situated in Bella Vista, Mosman, North Sydney and the Sydney CBD. Their services include Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Exercise Physiology and custom made orthotics.

The partnership will see Momentum play an important role in Basketball NSW’s High Performance Programs and will see Momentum attend Basketball NSW State Performance Program (SPP) camps as well as travelling interstate with Country and Metro State teams to Australian Junior Championships.

As part of the official partnership, all Basketball NSW registered members will also be able to receive discounted rates by providing their membership details upon booking an appointment with Momentum.

Principal Physiotherapist for Momentum Luke Britton is excited about teaming up with Basketball NSW.

“At Momentum, we are devoted to providing the very best care to all those within the BNSW program, and its extended community. We pride ourselves on achieving optimal results through a perfect balance of hands-on treatment and exercise prescription, ensuring athletes spend more time on the court and in training, and less on the sidelines,” Britton said.

“We believe in fostering strong partnerships with everyone involved in the BNSW community, from the coaching staff and athletes, to the supportive families and friends cheering them on, we strive to educate, empower, and rehabilitate our clients to achieve whatever goals they may have.”

BNSW General Manager of Coaching and Development Brett Coxsedge also reiterated the importance of the partnership.

“The team at Momentum are incredibly knowledgeable and professional and provide a range of services that will be greatly valued by our athletes and membership base,” Coxsedge said.

“We’re excited to work closely with Momentum in an effort to improve performance on the court with our athletes over the coming year.”
