Basketball New South Wales is pleased to announce the inclusion of Tim Mallon in the role of head coach at the NSW Country Development Program Camp to be held at Maitland, next month.
A Hunter Region local, Mallon has a wealth of experience in many coaching roles such as the Director of Coaching at Hunter Sports High, a coaching member of both senior and junior Australian teams and has been involved with numerous U20 NSW and U16/U18 Country state teams across the last ten years.
Mallon will be on hand as the Head Coach at the Maitland CDP Camp during the July school holidays and will be instrumental in the development of our young country basketballers.
The NSW Country Development Program Camps are run by the Basketball NSW High Performance Department to assist players from country associations to further their skill and development as an athlete during the school holiday period.
The CDP camps are open to both male & female players in the following age groups: U14, U16, U18 and are a pathway for AJCBC & CDT.
The camps are a 3 day (2 night stadium stay) live in camp.

14-16th July @ Griffith – (Head Coach) Sam Gruggen
14-16th July @ Coffs Harbour – (Head Coach) Curtis Sardi
COST OF CAMP $165
All camps commence at 7.00pm (Day 1) and conclude at 12.00pm (Day 3).
Please note that athletes attending all camps are requested HAVE DINNER BEFORE ARRIVING (all other meals are provided)
