Get double your value this Sunday the 8th of December with the Sydney WNBL & NBL double-header at Qudos Bank Arena.

The Sydney Uni Flames are set to tip-off at 2:30pm as they take on Adelaide Lightning before the Sydney Kings suit up and face the Cairns Taipans at 4:45pm.

The doubleheader is designed to pay tribute to women in basketball, from our elite stars headed by the Australian Opals to grassroots players and volunteers.

Sunday will be the Flames’ first opportunity to host a game during the WNBL’s ‘Orange the World’ round, where the league and clubs are championing ‘Orange the World’ initiatives through various game day activities, all in a call for the prevention and elimination of violence against women and girls. The colour orange, which will dominate jerseys across the league (the Flames will debut their orange jerseys on Sunday), will seek to bring global attention to the issue of violence against women and girls. More information available here.

The 11-1 Sydney kings will be looking to keep their winning streak alive when they hit the court in front of a packed home crowd PLUS kids go free with a paying adult as part of the double-header celebrations with the Sydney Uni Flames!

A great day for families to enjoy two big games at Qudos Bank Arena and enjoy Sydney’s best live sports and entertainment experience.
