9:00 – 10:00am Keynote Presentation: Mental Health is just as important as physical health with Nick Bracks
Nick has spent the last decade as a passionate advocate for mental health issues, speaking at some of Australia’s largest organisations. His candid story recounts his mental health struggles since age 11, including a particularly difficult period when injury forced an early end to his dream career as a professional athlete. 

Nick will speak on the role of physical activity and mental health in sport.
