- Recommendations from Associations Coaching Directors, BNSW network coaches and BNSW High-Performance Coaches;
- Past performances at BNSW events
To be selected for D-League, athletes must display elements of the following:
- Outstanding potential to compete at a higher level;
- Athletic ability e.g. speed, height, quick hands and strength;
- Demonstrated attitude to become an exceptional basketball player;
- Be highly receptive to coaching
Cost to participate in D-League is $220. This will cover the cost of a playing singlet and shorts, as well as all court hire and referee costs.
Athletes interested in being part of D-League need to also submit an expression of interest (EOI) online. Likewise, coaches are also encouraged to submit an EOI if they would like to coach in the Tournament.
