NSW OFFICIALS SELECTED FOR UPCOMING U18 & JUNIOR WHEELCHAIR NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

Basketball NSW is excited to announce the participation of nine esteemed NSW technical officials who have earned the privilege of representing their state at the upcoming Under 18 & Junior Wheelchair Footlocker National Championships later this month. Five referees will oversee the Under 18’s tournament, whilst one will officiate the Junior Wheelchair Tournament, as well as one NSW statistician will be in attendance.

The National Championships present an outstanding platform for emerging officials to showcase and enhance their skills on a national stage. This year’s tournament will be hosted at South Pine Sports Complex,  Brendale QLD and will run from Sunday 7th – Sunday 14th April.

Head of Technical Officials, Steve Clark conveyed his pride in witnessing numerous local, talented referees progress to the next phase of their officiating journeys.

“I am delighted to congratulate the nine officials on their selections for next month’s Under 18’s and Junior Wheelchair Footlocker National Championships,” said Clark.

“Being chosen to represent your state at the National Championships is a remarkable achievement, and each of them should take immense pride in it. I extend my best wishes to all our officials and encourage them to savour the experience.”
