Conditions of Entry

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Basketball NSW (referred to as “us”, “we” or “our”) is dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants and visitors.

We hire venues across NSW to hold our activations, camps, clinics, competitions, courses, events, functions, meetings etc.

These Conditions of Entry apply to all people (referred to as “you” or “your”) attending the venues we hire and are subject to change without notice, in our sole and absolute discretion.

In consideration of your entry into the venue, you accept to be subject to the following Conditions of Entry:

  • You will be bound by the Basketball NSW Constitution, By-Laws, Rules and Policies and submit yourself to any disciplinary procedures connected with the sport.
  • You do not consume alcohol other than in licensed or designated areas provided that you are not a minor, or to provide alcohol to a minor. The consumption or sale of alcohol is strictly forbidden at junior events.
  • You neither possess nor use illegal or prohibited substances or be under the influence of an illegal or prohibited substance when seeking entry.
  • You are aware that smoking at any time is strictly prohibited inside any venue. This includes the use of e-cigarettes and personal vaping devices, other than in designated smoking areas.
