Metro & Country Forums

The annual meeting for our associations.

From the outset Basketball NSW, CEO, Maria Nordstrom, was happy with the level of interest in the program in terms of delegate attendance, and was thrilled a vast array of topics included in the program.

“After two years of planning and postponement, it has been great to finally hold our annual conference once again for all our association representatives to meet in person and connect on what is happening in basketball in NSW,”

“Our associations are driven by so many passionate leaders, many of them volunteers that spend hours per week contributing to their association and to hear their feedback on what they need improvement with is so valuable to have. That feedback is what helps drive us as a sporting community to continually build upon at the grassroots level and that makes these face-to-face events so beneficial for open conversation and learning.”

“I would like to thank all our associations for attending and for their open-mindedness for learning new things and opening up on what matters to them at the local level.”
