The role of the technical officials is to ensure the game is played in a fair and safe manner and within the rules. Refereeing is the most physical active as they are on-court and “call” the game. Other technical officials perform various roles on the scoretable and statistics and further information about each role is given below.

Each year Basketball NSW enters teams into Basketball Australia's National Championships in the U20's, U18', U16', Wheelchair Basketball and for Players with an Intellectual Impairment.

Basketball session for girls aged 9- 16 years with Central Coast Waves, aimed at returning basketballers that want to learn some new skills, be active and participate in modified games. All participants receive a reversible singlet!
Trials are open to any NSW Country athlete born 2009 or 2010 currently registered and playing in a BNSW affiliate Member Association. Sat – 10:00am-8:30pm Sun – 8:00am – 1:00pm

Trials are open to any NSW Metro athlete born 2009 or 2010 currently registered and playing in a BNSW affiliate Member Association. Female Athletes (Arrive by 8:30 am) Session 1 - 9 am - 11am & Session 2 - 12 pm-2 pm.
